Consider to reformat your device as it seems like your phone got hang for some reason, the way you addressed your issue is not really cleared. as a brand new phone ( just bought and gave it to you by your daughter ) it could be the factory fault, if your found it faulty why dont your bring it to the samsung centre and they will give u replacement set if it still under warranty. im still using this samsung note 3 and really love it and what i can say this is the best phone i ever had, still couldnt find any better phone to replace mine

hi there ..i got samsung galaxy Note 3 from my daughter as wedding present the end of April last year, but some times Got error when i search phone number in Contact , always running by it self when i check it it doesn't have screws around 6 screw missinh, i already bought screws and put in, before i didn't waNt complain because i dont want make her dissapoint. but im Not happy with tjat product because the battery always low V
ery quick, I change with spare battery but it wasn't long lasting Just half day lowbat, that really annoying, I didn't use that moBile for A Month (I got a another moBile) but I still charge n use for check my email sometimes and when I try to use again to seNd massage I can Send massage, every buttons are work But button to Send massage it doesn't work..what should I do...

Nyla, 31 Mar 2015I got my new Samsung note3 2weeks ago and now it suffered ... moreTry taking it back to where you bought it and see if they will replace it. Or Leave it in to service centre and they will fix it for you. Your warranty will cover it.

Today I have updated my Samsung galaxy note 3 to lolipop rom from Bangladesh through OTA. But very disappoint to see the battery drainage rate. It will provoke the quick finishing of battery juice.

Note 3 9002 is with dual SIM. Radio is only thing missing. It is coming with Lolipop.
