Samsung released the Note 3 , on many variants of the model , they have now locked the bootloader . This means that you cannot downgrade at all as you cannot unlock the bootloader on all versions of the Note 3. Samsung build some protection so you can't downgrad. Anything software can be broken, it's just the matter of effort,but keep your eyes open, maybe somebody will find way.

Anybody know how to downgrade Note 3 from 4.4.2 (Kik Kat) to 4.3 (Jelly bean) without rooting?

>Turn Off Air Gestures, Air View, NFC, S Beam, Smart Stay (bcoz its always uses your front cam), Smart Pause, etc... which feature you don't need just turn off it!
> Turn Off Wifi And Mobile NET when you think that you will not use your device for more than 1 hour.
And you will get easily 3 days of battery backup with normal usage.
Don't Go for S4, battery life sucks!

>2 hours of Mobile NET (EDGE)
>2-4 hours of wifi
>1 hour of Gaming
>> Your phone will last 2 days!
If you are a heavy user: 1 of these
>Gaming will drain battery within 4 hours thats all!
>Video and Music play will last battery 10-12 hours.
>8 Hours of Browsing Web (Wifi)
>5-6 Hours Of Mobile NET (3G)

shah, 19 Dec 2014i want to know about the samsung note 3 speakers which spea... moreFrom experience, around 3? It's loud enough to listen to in the shower (in a water proof bag), and I can hear it though my helmet on my motorbike when it's in my top pocket. :)

An alot of other apps didnt work and third party s viewers wouldnt work lakewolf. But there all fine now:-) i think lollipip is not really stable enough to be pushed out. Im happy with my phone. I dont want another update to mess everything up:-)

Good luck to those who do get it.as long as they know some of there apps or widgets will no longer work cus there not conpatable with lollipop.like my (mr number call n tex blocker)wudnt block texs after 4.4.2 update.if i new that wud have happend i wud have stade on 4.3.1 ;-)

Chap, 19 Dec 2014No need to go for note 4 because the n4 features,like a bet... moreagree with you that it will get the new features of note by next lollipop update....for me i used this phone for year until it broke & went for note 4 & I didn't feel the change & need to return to note 3 again..but my point is to get the newest version if you want to enter galaxy note experience for the 1st time as the note 4 has better camera & screen resolution & better processor..also the finger print
