Anonymous, 05 Nov 2013Remember it is to common men that Samsung sell too.Buddy I am a lawyer, so I am frankly telling you all this. Demo sets are the sets which had no IMEI number, it means specially made for demo, so Samsung saved a lot of money by only, making demo of Snapdragon models. No mobile company assured the perfomances of their phones, they only provide after sale service. Snapdragon had LTE support, which is not yet started in India.

In legal sense there is no cheating involoved. Those sets are for demo purposes and it is clearly published by Samsung, specifically which model is to be sent to which countries. N9005 is for demo purposes only. So be calm, if you like N900, buy it and if you didn't like it let it go.

Help - Any consumer protection lawyer out there who is willing to fight for justice in India.
The Saamsung store is showing you a Demo of the N9005 and selling N9000.
That is cheating as the GSMarena tests prove that the 9000 is indeed inferior to the 9005.
Clear case of Fraud by Samsung and they must compensate all customers who bought the phone as the demo and real were 2 different products.
Also must stop this practice of cheating potential customers.

(Apart from Lumia but that is totally a camera phone and nothing else). So the best thing right now in terms of overall features and functionality including camera is indeed Note 3.
