Note 3 neo (4.4.2) often freezing or restarting while playing games like DT2, MC4 and NFS. camera area hot. So this phone is ok for day to day usage but not so good for some heavy tasks like gaming. I should have got a Nexus 5 instead

Anonymous, 27 Nov 2014I dnt wana loose my data buddy so tellnme if u can help...I m brought note 3 neo but its a 3g version . sometimes its lag on camera. Sometimes automatically restart no. Of times why shud I do??

The problem you will face is Warranty, you must go to Thailand again as warranty is only within Thailand if you buy there.

I bought this phone just 2 months back and since then this phone has become a nightmare.
It creates sudden issues like:
Hangs and Crashes at its will
Deleted ALL CONTACTS AUTOMATICALLY one fine day!
Cannot hear anything while making calls but everything is ok when you recieve call!
Software Update will crash android phone application crash so you cannot make a call so you have a visit a service center and get it formatted and loose all data..(loose time?)
Went three time to the service center and wrote several emails to the company. The reply i Got is that I must have played around with the phone and deleted all the contacts just for fun!
Can you believe this?
If you want to live a peaceful life please do not buy this phone.
You will do yourself a great favor!
