shabi, 06 Nov 2014he guys i wnt 2 go buy ths phn.samsung neo , its realy faci... moreI am forcefully writing that i have been experiencing worst phone Samsung Galaxy Note 3 since i purchased this phone, It automatically hanged up & always switched off many time while connecting to the charger. I always feel that i wasted hardly earned money for useless phone. I have no bad words to speak out about this phone.
It is also hangup sometimes while someone call. Its my worst experience with Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.

1) Comment from a person who gets paid to write bad reviews and prevent people from buying the device.
2) Comment from a person who has no idea how to use an android device or rather smartphones.
3) Comment from an extremely unlucky person, who received a broken unit.
Don't even bother guys.. Note 3 Neo is an OK(i did not mean awesome) device in all aspects.

Me too feel very satisfied and glad to use Note 3 Neo.
Note 3 neo is far more than my requirement, any games I'm playing is so smooth and no lag at all despite its some heat up issue but that's normal, high graphic need more power.
Until now no crash or hang for my phone.
Restart the phone once a few days can minimise the happens of lagging.

I bought this for my wife a few months ago. So far so good. She has no complaints. She had the original Note before upgrading to Note 3 Neo.

then plug in the mobile charger and do not switch it onn
leave the phone while charging for an overnight. Or at least for 6 to 9 hours
after mobile have been charged remove the charger and do not switch it on immediately let in cool down for an hour in cool place (ventilated place)
Now switch it on

problem might be solved...
While using phone do close all the background apps by long press the home key...

heyy guys..i have been using this phone for about 2months aprox..its 85% note3..i mean most of the sensors we see in note 3 are present and working properly in this phone..i like the air view feature, the motion sensors for calling without actually pressing the call button just put it near your ear(opening contact whether in log or sms or in contacts)...
100% same working and same featured S-PEN as we found in note 3..you have to slide apps(left n right) to clear running apps in minimize mode(let the apps you want running, dont close all of them) so as to keep ram vacant which leads to smooth working of user inerface..i like the location of the speaker its not on back of the phone its on side of it that makes every ringtone or sound audible..clearity of the loud speaker or in call speaker(earpiece, mic) is crystal clear..battery is awsome its a big one its 3100mah only 100mah less than note 3(3200mah) which doesnt matter at all..front camera is full hd(1920*1080) shooter helps shooting good selfies..back camera is also nice all you need to understand and adjust the metering mode in the settings and there you go capturing clear pics..its has notification led..it has smart pause feature which we get in S5 for pausing video when not looking at it that and it is only possible with the help of a good front camera..and we have it in ther..GPU for playing heavy games is also up to the mark you can play almost every game..it heats a little of course it will heat..our lappy with heavy graphic card also heats when playing but ther is faster cooling fans we got so we dont feel the heat that much ..these days mostly same games are available for android as we found for pc same size big games and it needs your gpu man to run,, it will heat a little depending upon the graphics the particular game wants but ther is no cooling medium in our phones so it takes time to cool..and heatens faster..its the reality as graphic card needs fan to cool it down and we dont have it..dont get in panic when it gets hot...further i want to say if u get restart phone bugs then u need to reset the phone..following this method-
switch it off..press lock screen button+home+volume down..it will switch on your phone and bring a menu there perform two operations first factory reset your phone second clear cache memory/partition..save it restart your cell and love using it..u take care of it..it will perform better..use class 10 sd cards then your apps, videos, songs in gallery won't lag..it will buttery smooth credit goes to 6 core processor..try it...ther are many people here who are posting fake comments.. i use this phone and i know what is the reality..come on guys its NOTE legacy phone..u gotta trust this piece of work..now the price of this set is worthy what we get in our hands..we get every important feature of note 3 in this neo version..

guys i bought note 3 neo yesterday!! and its hanging a lot . it just switches off and restarts at every thing i do. cannot play any games. what to do ?? please help

yeah i do agree that this mobile is not good.. we can buy htc desire in the less budget than this.....

this mobile has a good feature but there is no dual sim inn this.. less than this budget.. we could go for htc desire 18g its pretty more that note 3 neo

Out of curiosity just tried taking about 30 pics in a row with flash on. No issues.. works smoothly :)
Do a factory reset and clear system cache. Without installing any other apps, try the camera first. If still seeing issues then you got a bad unit.
By the way, hope you don't use a junk SD card.

AnonD-327824, 05 Nov 2014Does anybody face any hanging and restarting problems when ... moreYes I face this problem all the time thats why I am selling this phone tomorrow & changing with Micromax canvas gold , I know this Micromax also must have got blaa blaa problems but Its much better in configuration than this bloody samsung note 3 neo ......After having hexacore processor then also it hangs & has got lags in opening apps.... Infact I do feel that from samsung note 3 neo to Micromax is not a right step but micromax Gold has really got much better specs than this note 3 neo
