can any one ... moreIf you are in the budget and wanna get high specs phone with as low price as well. Go for China's product like xiaomi or Huawei (honor).
If you like to use a stylus, s pen, and want to buy a more reliable phone. you should choose note 3 neo. Performance is more stable than China's product, in my opinion. Samsung have more reliable phones.
China's not so stable and contains bugs that is important. Also the cosmetics, reported quite numbers of complains.
In my opinion, the probability of defects in china's product is more than old brands, like Samsung.

because in market many smart phone available in different price ans specification. so i could not take final decision.
please help for this.i will appreciate your effort.
1. can i go for redmi 1s ? (price 6k)
2. can i go for honor holly ?(price 7k)
3. can i go for samsung note 3 Neo (price 24k)
or any other successful model which you know.
my budget by max 24k.

Guys,
Please stop complaining about KitKat issues, if you have NOT DONE the following:
1) Factory Data Reset.
2) System Cache Wipe.
3) Memory Card Format.
And it is better to re-install apps and copy contents fresh, than to load some backup which you created in JB.

Please don't buy suggested because I have used galaxy s2 and then this crap. S2 was better. This phone just hangs and then u have to remove battery to make it work again. Really disappointed. .0 out of 10.

To all those people , who have updated their phone to kitkat.
Just do a factory reset and format memory cards
,then insert memory card ....now use your device...all problems will be gone
