Also ty S note which is awesome feature to conver hand written notes to Image or PDF...

I once tested Note 3 S-pen in a shop - there was a possibility to mail a hand written message, if I am not mistaken. Now that I have purchased Neo - there is no such option, just a possibility to use a hand written address, whilst a message would have to typed with a keyboard.
What surprises me, I do not see anybody mentioning this imortant difference. I doubt, I would have bought Note 3 Neo if I knew about this difference in S-pen usability.

I bought 3g unit neo in malysia r.m 1699 now they re selling 50% offer price r.m850 same note3 neo after 4days,so wat is the matrial samsung is using that half of the price also can sell sme phone ,now doubt of samsung materials hope they wont make fool or cheat ,i feel i put my money in drainage...
