Just follow this procedures I will give to you:
-Go first to SETTINGS
-More Connections
-Mobile Networks
-Choose what NETWORK MODEM SIM your using either Network Mode Sim 1 or Network Mode Sim 2
-then select WCDMA/GSM

I purchased my phone 2nd March'14 n i was like wanting to see how to work it n accidently touched the factory reset and indeed i got that but now i rather have the store setting that came initially with all the preety widgets have tried to get it back but i can't can anybody please help me out?most appreciated!

i bought...dis phone.too it,s an awesome..phone nd brilliant..in all aspect.especially d camera..is good nd bright..nd videos..hd-720p@30fps..but d battery..drains some how little bit..pls which application do i need..pls tells me
