And why did you replace a flagship consumer phone with a budget industrial phone? The main advantages of the XCover 7 are ruggedness and low cost - it is meant for corporate fleets, warehouse and construction workers and such. I recommend next time you spend a minute looking into what you are about to buy, does not have to take longer than it took you to ragepost here.

      OMG i sold my s23 for this piece of crap EXYNOS sucks the phone is crap, dont let anybody tell you otherwise as I am giving this phone the benefit of the doubt for the last 3 months, snapdragon is definitely missing here you can tell, i already have it up for sale and i hope they dont read this.

You can also use the battery from the XCover Pro or XCover6 Pro, same batteries, just different labels/numbers.

                    Still waiting on the US release date for the XCover 7. Will it be sold by the major US carriers, or at least by Samsung US's website? I called Samsung but they claim to know nothing. Very frustrating.

                        Samsung just announced that Xcover 7 has now 7 OS updates and 7 years security updates, compared when Xcover was released, it was 4 and 5.

                          I confirmed that the Galaxy XCover7 does not have screen recorder or Bixby Vision, just like the Galaxy A15 5G.
                          I know that these are not features that consumers of this smartphone will use, but they are features that existed in the Galaxy XCover Pro (which did not have the two taps to activate the screen, which the XCover7 has).

I bought 4 Galaxy Xcover7, 1 for my wife, 1 for me, 1 for my daughter and 1 for my son. We are all very satisfied with them. I left mine on the windowsill, the cat pushed it with its paw and the phone fell from the 8th floor. Not a single scratch!

I see it says it was released... moreDon't waste your money, Samsung rugged phones aren't rugged at all, nothing but problems, and despite ip68 rating it it's damaged by water the warranty won't be honored or if it's dropped and damaged even though they give a mil-spec rating, Buy from Sonim - Oukitel - Ulefone - Doogee - AGM etc...

                                      I love the form factor, but I can't get over the fact that they did not include the fingerprint sensor. I hope I can work around it, as I like the phone otherwise, but so far it is really annoying.

                                        Xcover is like the active its like the samsung galaxy tab active 5 because it look like it but this Xcover 7 is a phone
