        Too expensive...

But the features are very nice.

Except for the "still" camera. They could make it at least 8MP and still sell shiploads of the thing...

Bummer. No card slot. No FM radio. No significant improvements but that NFC and Gingerbread. :)

The phone as is is a great disappointment in terms of specs. There are almost no notable improvements from the Nexus One.

                      For real...
I'm really disappointed with samsung now. This is just another variant of the galaxy s. Nothing new except for the curved display, really, really disappointing.

Samsung must be joking making another Galaxy S in different package size with upgrade OS and call it Nexus S. I had Galaxy S with cheap plastic package and seems like Nexus S is another cheap plastic package.

I stay using my iPhone 4, BB Torch and HTC Desire. Samsung need to stop making so many look a like phones and focus more in quality of the phone they make.

Not the big hit we were waiting. It looks like a mooded version of the Galaxy S: updated OS, enhanced screen, same processor, no radio, no SD slot. The big advantage is getting faster updates and the 'pure' android.

Any ideia on pricing? I've read it will cost 650 EUR, which is more than 850 USD! I'll buy a Galaxy S this week and pray for an update to Gingerbread!

Aside from A2.3 I don't see many big improvements... And the camera in my opinion is a let down! No HD video recording? 5mp cam? The only biggest advantage over the Galaxy S is probably the flash! They even took out the radio!! Dissappointing!

Is it just me or , it have the same spec of the Nexus One with few tweaks like
                                  - New case\body (or whatever you wanna call it) instead of the old ugly brown one
                                  - 1GHz Humming bird Processor instead of the 1GHz Snapdragon
                                  - 4.0" SuperAMOLED instead of 3.7" AMOLED screen
                                  - the Same 5 mp camera with added HD recording (just like 2.2 Desire & 2.1 X10)
Well , they did the exact opposite of what Motorola did with Droid\MileStone & Droid 2\MileStone , they kept the same design & screen while they changed everything else
I think the real new addition is the 2nd camera & the fact is the device is now black instead of brown
I'm disappointed with it , I kinda was something more like Motorola Droid X & HTC Evo 4G (now thats some powerful phones)
It looks like anther version of the Galaxy S I9000 (more like Captivate , Fascinate & vibrant -which looks allot like it-)
& for the Gingerbread home screen , it looks like it comes with LauncherPro preloaded with it & new background for the live wallpaper (black instead of the small brown squares)

The initial 30 mins of excitement are gone....The phone has no FM radio and no memory expansion slot. Who are they targeting the phone at? A multimedia phone with only 16GB memory. I hope this is only an error in reporting by Google themselves. The only USP Google has is Gingerbread and most phones will get the upgrade in the next few months. Epic 3G still sounds better.

                                        New.M, 06 Dec 2010Official specs says that it record at 720 x 480 . ( 480p).... moreHere it says HD.

                                        http://www.google.ro/nexus/#!/features

One of the sections is mistaken. I bet its the specs, since this phone is clearly capable of HD recording.
