Nexus S will not have orion dual core processor. Its hardware will be almost the same as Galaxy S. Orion dual core processors will be in the next generation of phones available in spring 2011.

The camera is not a 8 megapixel camera, it is an 5 megapixel sensor with 720p video recording.
Secondly it has been confirmed by XDA-DEVs, The SoC used is 1 GHz Dual Core Cortex A9 "Orion" with integrated high performing "Mali" GPU by ARM

This is certainly an iPhone 4 killer.
iPhone 4 is really miles behind this.

So iPhone 4 is going to struggle even with iOS 4.2.
