maybe if u are so ignorant u shud stop showing it around and try exercising ur brain sometimes ;-p
it is a 41 mp sensor which is capable of capturing 3mp, 5mp, and 8mp images (when u are capturing in pureview mode and 38 mp images when they are captured in full resolution so clear your misconceptions that the camera captures only 5 mp images and even if it does, then it resamples all the resolutions together and creates an image which is crisp and clear which is more clear than that of a 12 mp image!! Ders no need of lolling around

Going by the specifications, this looks like the superlative of all phone technologies in one... as I understand things, it presently out-does or matches every capability of the iPhone 4S.

Samsung the KOREAN electronics company is growing to typical european standerds. GALAXY S 3 is a typically grown and mature device. All the features the design the the screen everyting is thoughtful and clever. HTC has a flagship too which is a better stylish counterpart. Sony has the most stylish android. LG has a power packed device. Moto is going to bring a professional android. But samdung has style its very powerful its professional and its elegant so its really the clean winner along with HTC. I Phone is not to be compared to this because its another war btw os which wil never end. Samsung has grown to global standards.. Surprisinglu Sony is not moving farther in technology. Samsung shuld make some more better designs..

advice, 04 May 2012you are saying that android apps and games are silly which ... morei admit the n8 lagged but thats because of the 600mhz processor and the little amount of ram
i'm talking logic ... yes android offers thousands of good apps my S2 is filled with 100+ apps but after a year what i really use is the CAMERA in the first place the fbook app skype fring and viber :) others apps i visit once in a while to edit a pic to play a game while waiting for a train :) thats it
try to get my point ...i waited for the s3 as all of you ,, wanted to swap my s2 with s3 expected metal finish and amazing camera for low light shots in pubs concerts ..etc but i am real disappointed
WHY didnt samsung put atleast the Pixon12 camera n that device !
the pixon12 camera was brilliant with xenon flash in night shots
they already have it !

not much different from SII. only the processor and memory is more than SII. How come camera is same? does not make sense for me to buy SIII when i am getting almost everything from SII.

Very ugly.... but why is this so ugly?
answer: samsung is waiting for the Iphone 5, they will copy the design again...
lets see the copycat samsung galaxy 4 the next time around

maybe the reason why they didn't put too much effort in adding camera pixels is that they thought it's gonna be useless because of nokia 808's 41 mp camera.. Let nokia take the title of the best camera phone, but specs-wise and features, Samsung's still the king.

Samsung Fan, is this really what you expect of the S III? i mean the quad core and ICS is given, but the other specs like camera, screen size, etc. did it turn out to your expectation? or you expecting more from S III?

Many say the samsung s3 has a bad design and what is the apple that has a couple of generations of the same phone ??for me this is a very powerful and nice phone and will have an unprecedented success..
