According to manufacturer they didn't solve the problem with CPU comsumption power. Meaning you buy today the latest smart phone the problem still there. You need to charge from time to time. Just observe they cannot stay in 24 hrs during operation time or incase of emergency.

techlover1, 12 Feb 2013The Only thing that maybe it will be a bit less, is the CPU... moreThere is a rumour that the S4 will be using their new Exynos 5 Octa processor.

I travel a lot, why not make this phone with a DUAL SIM SLOT that way you can just switch over to another sim card instead of going through all that taking out and putting another sim in the same slot.

AnonD-112215, 12 Feb 2013The thing I really miss the most is being able to go a week... moreThe battery life on these devices is limited because you always find something to do on you phone. The phones that got 6-7 days of battery life, were not permanently connected to internet, no facebook permanent notifications, no messenger permanently running, no youtube, you get the idea.

If you turn off Mobile Data, Wifi, and do not use facebook and other social apps (Messenger, Skype, etc.) and use your phone for calling and sms you can squeeze up to 4 days out of a galaxy S3. I did that test a week ago, and I got 3 days only with calls, sms, and wifi permanently on but effective using of about 10-20 min/day for checking mail and fb.

The thing I really miss the most is being able to go a week without charging your phone. All the processing power is wonderful but I would sooner have a powerful tablet and have the superfast wifi hotspot, good camera and an awesome battery life in the form-factor of that tiny nokia that came out a decade or so ago. What happened to tiny phones with massive talk time?
The Galaxy has to stay a phone first and tablet second unlike the Note 2 and 10.1 which are definitely the other way around,

The Only thing that maybe it will be a bit less, is the CPU (obviously i don't hope).but all the other specs must be, or exactly or better than this of the list (above).because Samsung want to hold the throne! , so it can't be less!, and considering the competitors!.so come on Samsung made the best!!!!!! (The galaxy s4)

Anonymous, 08 Feb 2013OLED? Can someone explain the benefits of flexible OLED as... moreFor startes Amoleds actually preform way way way way better i sunlight. Its the contrast levels. They use less power, space, only screens capable of showing black, much better viewing angles, ultimate contrast, and vastly better response times. Amoled in general is a much better technology than LCD. They already have bendable Amoled screens because it's technically a bendable substance. It's getting a phone that can move with the screen that's the issue. So overall you probably wont see one for a while. Maybe a phone that can slightly bend without being stressed for starters, but most likely a while before anything else. As what comes from it...a bendable device. That's cool and it could save from lots of damage.

For a phone a 5inch screen and 2600MAH battery are quite large. If you are looking for 3000-4000MAH battery and 5-6inch screen there is the Note and it's competitors.
