Just think about two things: what ... moreI didn't mentioned that ios is best os and the term "Efficient" I was meant ability to do your day to day work without lagging or zero waiting, but not those batteries and SD cards. According to my personal experience BB 10 is the fastest mobile phone OS. ios, Windows & Android 2nd, 3rd & 4th respectively.
Anyway I'm a HTC One user. The most important reason why I'm using Android, I'm a forex trader. I need a mobile access to my day to day trades if I'm not at a computer. My forex broker was released apps only for ios and Android devices. I don't like ios because it has some restrictions. Then the only availability is Android. I really like to use Windows phones. While I'm using a WP it smoothness, speed and featres really impressed me. May be soon after my trading apps available on the Windows store, I'll definitely changing to the Lumia or HTC Windows phone.

Just think about two things: what if you want more memory or you want to get another battery? Well, with an iPhone, you can't get more since it doesn't have micro SD slot. You can't get another battery, with more capacity, since the iPhone battery is integrated.
Another thing, still imprisoned to the iTunes penitentiary, no freedom at all.
Is that what you call "efficient"?
Don't include iPhone when it comes to day to day work efficiency.
Might as well say people who buy Apple want restricted world with day to day work.

Sometimes apps even crash.
Opening maps takes longer, that is why never ever will I return to iPhone! So expensive but the function is of a basic phone.

I have iPhone 4 and the open apps are only few yet when I am reading post and messages on facebook, it do lags. I am talking on my experience and not on hear say.

People who buy Android, expect their phones with the bulky features, but never use them.

Of course because all its features are the same features with the basic phone. i.e calling, messaging, internet browsing, taking pictures, setting alarms, calendar, calculator, etc... nothing special, all common.
The only difference is the price and the name "Apple".

iPhone 4 is my last iPhone. Too expensive yet very few features, it's just like a basic phone.
I regret buying it after I tried S2 and S3.
