There is nothing wrong with the cover pplz or the buttons the buttons are normal like every other phone. Some ppl so fussy over nothing much

This is the maddest phone ever i would say its better than the k750i with everything exept imaging and memory. It has the most graphical menu icons iv ever seen on the phone it is truly the best and if ur un sure to by it well dont be stop here and buy it it is so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any1 who thinks its crap has got problems or they dont know how to treat it. it rulz all PS nokia sux

Got this phone for 1 months, current price now around US$ 165 (no plan, I'm in Indonesia). Usability sucks (keypad difficult to use, text size too small and thin), screen so so (inferior compared to Sxxxxxg TFT screen). Features good (built/design, camera, sound, organizer, memory, battery life, connectivity, etc), only lack bluetooth. SE always launch good phone with jam packed features, but (as always) forget the usability. I'm dissapointed with this situation, and the siblings of K508i, K500i also have the same problem. For US$ 165 price point, I recommend Axxxxxl 7xx on top of K500i/K508i(I write review about this model also).
If only SE have something better in term of usability, I will be one of SE great fan (too bad that not yet happen). Read article about great design of SE mobile phone in local newspaper here, including interview with 1 of top manager of the company. All for all, SE phones design nicely, but as always (in my opinion) forget the most important feature, USABILITY. Hope their R&D team aware of this situation and launch new model with (much) better usability.

sony ericsson is best and cheapest price and different style etc.....................
[ not bad nokia hand set ]
my humble request pls choose the sony ericsson handset. that means handset price is cheap and best

I have also an infraroodpoort via my computer all know you a site, which I cost false things for the tellefoon can download, so that I it via infrarood to my tellefoon can set?

im a bit confused among SE K500i and K508i
if the specification say they are same, bit dimension difference.
any body who are using this SET , please tell me are the themes in the set is of K500i or they are new?are they animated??

Iv got this phone and i find it really great. it has got some feature issues, eg not enough memory, the fact that you cant change the housing, is a bit annoying if you like to change the look continuously. The screen is great, very clear.
The camera could do with a bit of tweaking to get a clearer picture out of it.
but appart from that its all good. The speed that it accesses the menus and features is great. iv not found the same speed on nokia etc except if you pay excess of 300 for the phone. The Joystick on the thing is fine, no problems there. I love the Music DJ, you can make some groovy tones.
All over, it is great. V cheap with the quality and features that it has. recommended to all who want cheap and some features. Basic kit comes with AC adapter, neck strap, battery etc. no data cable. Need to download the software for the data cable to use it etc. recommended that a IR adapter be used instead, easier to setup and use.

Hi Everybody,
I have bought this phone a couple of days back and am very much satisfied with this phone. It has amazing features, its picture quality and sound quality are very good. comparing to other phones and the crowd and noise levels at hyderabad, this phone works well even at the crowdy places like cafes, busstops. I am pretty much satisfied with this model.

I thing it`s a great phone has lot of functions and read`s mp3`s ... the memory is a bit low but if u put song`s comprimated u can make it a mini mp3 player :) ... if u have handfree of course ... buy it because is cheap and good

Hi to all. am planning to buy this phone.But i want to know whether i can listen to mp3 songs on earplugs through the phone.if yes how many songs can it hold(assuming 1 song=2-3Mb).Does it encode songs to its own format to save memory? What about quality of playback.

the phone is absolutely superb with great features.
i have one problem the joystick is not that responsive .
it does move to the left.

I like this phone- only problems are the camera sound and viewing pictures - sometimes it gets annoying waiting for it to load. and whats the deal with the screen turning black while it saves a picture you just took? that only happens sometimes.

hello there i got a problem, help pls!
i got k508i and , now it doesen't receive any more pictures,actually its working but it shows a clipart of a pic cut half, and says that picture can not be used.yesterday was working and i was trying to change an acces/protection code, and now nothing is working. please help!!!
