yes sony give 800 MHz Cortex-A9 and Qualcomm MSM7225A. Whoever says its not possible they are wrong.

No it uses cortex a5
msm7225a is not compatible with a8 and a9 processor but still ok it is equip with 32bit armv7 architecture

guest price php 9.5k to php 10k if it exceed. This will not hit the buyers. Withn that budget range xperia ray and xperia neo v is available at philippines. I expect sony will lower the price than we expect i'll wait until its availability to decide what phone is budget worthy with reasonable specs.
