The hardware are new but some stuff for note2 are not available for sony such as s-pen specialty and etc. Mostly before I'm buying something new I always making decision what can I do and what i want with it.

As well as they are connected to wifi and chargers all the time this causes heating.

xperia sp :- dual core 1.7 ghz qualcom snapdragon s4 pro 8960t which is better than even quadcore exnos 4412 processor which is in galaxy note 2.
xperia sp also have better gpu to run all apps in play store

my recommendation go for sp less price more power.

[deleted post]Yaah! I will also suggest you xperia sp instead of grand.. trust me camera quality of grand is just rubbish, its pixel density is less its processer is poor.. just go for xperia sp by closing your eyes and enjoy it :)
