galaxy 3 may have dual core but it has 2 GB memory which is better.
as for the lumia 920, almost got it nokia.
all u needed to do was add microSD card slot for up to 64 GB and i would so be all over this phone.
whats with all this limit with 1080 video recording and 8-12 mp camera capabilities.

windows phone marketplace is growing at a faster rate than that of android did.(search gsmarena for this).nokia have planned to pay billions to developer community-out of which 1 billion has been already paid to the developers.developers too say wp8 is a better environment for app development(see wpcentral for this).big names like gameloft,ea,rovio etc.have showed their interest on wp8 platform.(e.g. Rovios's bad piggies is coming to wp8 and windows 8 as well).
For platform usability-its more integrable wid third party apps than any other os.tiles,lenses r example of that.check it urself:search on youtube

Google took from OS front - promoted Android inspired by iOS
Samsung with iphone inspired hardware and a bunch of others took from the hardware front... the flesh was shaken but not the spirit..!
But the leader stayed righteous. Now the complacency is accepted and overcome. The reward is assured.

This is my heartfelt thought of NOKIA
As s company NOKIA did well until 2006-07 and remained king of the mobile phone world.Others couldn't get even close to It.But today case is changed.Now it seems like doing last breathes at death point.
The turning point of game was when wild animal call ANDROID and IOS grows NOKIA didnt do anything about it.They produce different hardware with same symbian s60v5.They didnt do any major modification at that time.Doing same thing over and over is not the right thing.Specially when others offer cool features with others OSs. Nokia think others cant get close to NOKIA.
At that time most manufactures used Symbian. Even Samsung and Sony Ericsson etc...
But day by day those wild animal called ANDROID and IOS grows well.
When day by day company is going down what they did was mistreat its own elder child SYMBIAN and MEEGO and adopting a WINDOWS baby. I cant understand why NOKIA didnt understand that windows baby cant fight with those ANDROID and IOS wild beasts. Baby cant fight alone.
The thing thing that Nokia should do is produce a strong family with with these members until windows baby grows enough to fight alone.
couple of NEXT LEVEL SYMBIAN devices,1 or 2 Meego devices and couple of windows deceives will make family stronger.
Now ANDROID and IOS are giants. Nokia you should make strong family to get your place back in Mobile world.Windows baby cant do it alone.
You can do it.Because u Nokia have one thing other dont have. you have good soul.Dont mistreat ur elder child due to adopted child. Treat equally for them .u will win the game.Still u can do it...

Specwise ATIV S is bit better because it has a micro SD slot and it has a larger screen too.
Selling point of 920 is the looks cause it had varied colors, crisper and better display, sexy curve glass and yeah the pureview tech for taking pictures and vids.

excellent, nokia is for quality and convenience of the user, a good handset for business. unlike other OS, wp8 seems to have a strict security against hackers.. i've read from a blogspot that android OS are very easy to manifest. day will come, manufacturers will beg for a new os^^ guess it will not happen to NOkia

That's the reason for Lumia being heavier than Ativ S...
Anyway, I really don't understand why should 185g be a problem when it feels very comfortable in your hand...

Sony king, 09 Sep 2012Sony Xperia T and nokia lumia 920 with one is best, i will... moreSony phones are great and have tried the Sony acro s which is similar to the T. Unfortunately build quality was cheap and Sony phones only support Sony accessories like headphones. Cannot use my beats headphones like I do on the lumia and the build quality of the lumia is by far Superior and that s not mentioning nokias amazing music capabilities specially with Nokia music streaming available on the lumia phone truly amazing.

i still won't by a phone that does not have the memory card slot. and a replaceable battery. i bought an LGO 4X because i did not want a samsung galaxy III because of the design. when will NOKIA make the smart phones like their old days with these basic options? old NOKIA used to be awesome until they really lost the touch with smart phones. i don't care about the OS but basic functions are a must. Quad core duel core don't' matter battery and SD are at a minimum are the must.

Using the lumia 900 love the software but still a few issues. Lag time specially when using Facebook messenger and whatsapp. Not charging after battery completely drains and a few times the phone froze and this is two months after using the phone and upgrading it.. Well the Nokia 920 is coming out a well as Samsung and htc windows 8 phones that also have a choice of colors and design which will effect nokias sales. At the end of the day we the consumer win because we have the choice to go with whatever phone seems to have the best quality and features. For now between the three htc always is a higher quality phone. Samsung provides the thin and light phone which looking at the lumia 920 is very very heavy. Unfortunately even though I was eagerly waiting to buy the lumia 920 or maybe the lumia 820 because of the external storage chip which the 920 does not have, I am happy that I will be having other choices to pick from.

You don't seem to notice the HUGE difference the cam on this handset has with other phones, e.g. Galaxy Note.
