I am still using this phone, 128 GB / 8 GB variant, love it.
Perfomance good, not hot when I use it fo daily use and several minutes gaming.

                Bought this phone 5 days ago. Indonesia region gets 120W charger and use FunTouch OS.

                I had updated to latest software. So far no issue. I love this phone.

                Here is my review:
                + Price is affordable
                + Very good specs, all features almost available, NFC, jack audio, infrared
                + Stereo speaker
                + Performance and multitasking is very good

                - LCD still uses IPS
                - Some units get bug software from the startt first day using it. Bug such as slow WiFi speed, but this had been fixed by software update

                  The actual weakness of this phone is UFS 2.2 storage, phones from 2 years ago in this price point already had UFS 3.1

It's obvious that by the way the specced this phone, they want it to last as long as possible.

                      The only weakness phone that this phone has is the screen which still uses IPS, although to be fair it is still a good IPS panel but still could've use and AMOLED panel at this price point. Everything else is great

                        scamoled fanboys are going to ruin the last good lcd phone lol.
                        These dumbos are the reason why we don't have good phones in the budget market.
                        It's scary when dumbos are the majority.

                          If compare to Redmi/POCO series and Realme series, it is a plus minus choice. For me as the upgrade from SD782 is not significant, I would choose a better AMOLED screen rather than having LCD. I can live with slower charging. The global version comparable top of the range would be Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus, POCO X5 Pro, and Realme 10 Pro Plus.

SD782 is an upgrade of SD778 but nothing to shout about as it is still far from the flagship SD8xx series. There are equivalent of SD8xx such as Dimensity 8100/8200, and Dimensity 9000 series.

                              Ofcourse Redmi note 12 pro 5g is really midrange Android phone.. This Iqoo z7 5g became midrange only because of Snapdragon 782 the rest of the spec is trash..

                                I know many are excited for iQoo brand to launch more smartphone globally, but this smartphone is nothing to excite about, it is not even the best bang for buck in it's class. I do hope this brand to do more for fans, but as a long time buyer, for this model and this pricing, I would consider something else.
