Iv had my phone about a month and liked it but it doesn't return text I gat an exclamation mark and message not sent who do I contact for help

WORST BATTERY. Ive been using it for six month first batt is ok.but now ive been charging for moŕe than 6 hours and still battery is 5%.tried to turned off the phone while charging ...still battery level is not increasing.ive tried to ask all the phone shops at malls,, unfortunately no available battery.. if ever there would be it cost php600!!!!!!!! Oh my!!!!!!

may i ask if how can i hide pictures and videos? how can i file those photos and videos?

16gb is enough to me.

debz, 30 Sep 2015when I check my pictures,always appeared gallery is not res... moreI have a same problem before this.Very disappointed because this hp is a gift from my husband.so,i try to use other camera and album apps..save picture in the device..take out memory card because internal is already 16gb..enough to me...problem solved...now i'm happy with this hp.

takenote of this guys.. do not use ur cellphone wen charging.. it will coz unconditional to your battery.. and it ay drain fast

Its initial charge was about 8 hours. I don't even know what happen. Its just like 100% then when i get back 15-20mins later its already 95% or something. Any help?

My acer z520 is less than 1 month but my bettery is draining so fast even im not using my phone its draining . like if i leave it for 30 mins the battery is 100% when i get it its 92% it s happening all the time please help me with this

my acer is less than 1 month old only 1 problem, my SD card always removes by its own and re insert... quite annoying.... any suggestions acer?
