For my understanding and previous experience, if u ain't able to send message or receive any its the cause of ur centre number of the network provider... To configure goto Message/Settings/Text messages (SMS)/ SMS centre number.... contact ur net. provider for the correct number and configure.

I am using a Z410 since 1 week and when screen lock is on (using for example a PIN) I cannot accept incoming calls. How can I change this?

i've been using my acer liquid z520 for just 3weeks. then suddenly the speaker stopped working. I'm very dissapointed.

The technician said the battery was overcharged and had short-circuit, so it has no power supply thats why nothing appears on the screen. I havent fixed my problem yet, but Im going to the Acer service center.to revive my unit.

At first, it worked very... moreI also encountered that try clicking the home button while clicking ok in the unfortunately bar then find 360 security then click app info remember to stop clicking the hoe vutton when you click app info you need to do it fast when you are un the settings click disable fast thats all I did so go go go :-)

hello acer..i've been using it for only two weeks but oh my gosh it's automatically restart..some applications were automatically stopped...I thought it's a good one but I'm very disappointed..

The phone's not THAT bad. Guys, it's not meant for gaming, but it gets the job done, via surfing, browsing, texting ang calling. Sure, there may be some hiccups here and there, but it's actually quite a sturdy device.

i agree all to what the others are saying on this model. it really is a low-grade good for nothing smartphone. its a shame it should be called a 'smart' phone. the engineers at ACER must have been sleeping while the others caught up with them. WAY..WAY..WAY.UP. it should have been renamed a SYSTEM-DEFICIENT ALL BE-IT PRE-CAMBRIAN mobile..

My phone is less than a month old. At first, it worked very good but in the long run, there were errors saying, "Cool browser has stopped" and "360 Security has stopped" options are Report and OK. These apps are not pre-installed when I checked it when I first got it but they just showed on one of my applications. I can't get pass that screen and I can't do anything on my phone. I did hard ket factoiry reset by pressing the buttons and it turned back tofactory settings and I was on the Start screen. But the same error popped up. Pressing Report and OK doesn't help at all. I went to a cellshoppe and they got it fixed and uninstalled those apps. Its working fine again, I didn't install anything but later on, 360 security and Cool Browser showed up again without me installing them. After a day, I got the error "Cool browser has stopped" again. Why is this happening Acer people? I need help.

there's so many bugs. battery drains fast and battery is getting hot with a few minutes of surfing.
