Have had my phone for about 2 months & have NEVER, EVER seen or tried to use a worse phone. After making a call, screen goes black & have to reboot. Phone reboots on its own 3 or more times a day. When trying to use WiFi, more times than not, the phone is unresponsive. All of these issues that I'm experiencing, I'm now finding out are common with this piece of junk they call a phone. BUYER BEWARE!

I'm only composing this letter due to my endless frustrations since I've had this phone in my possession.
I chose this phone because of the size. I thought it was absolutely beautiful...until I started using it.
I was switching from a Samsung Galaxy III and I selected this phone instead of the Samsung Galaxy 5 or 6. I was sadly disappointed when I found that this Alcatel OneTouch only came with 2gb which I had almost depleted with my contacts alone!
THEN, I went out and purchased an SD card to expand my memory where I also discovered was NOT supported by this phone BUT worked in my Samsung just fine so i had to purchase a SPECIFIC SD card to work with this phone.
Upon purchasing the SD card, I found out that the music I wanted to import from my computer's Windows Media Player was NOT supported on this phone either and it runs on an ANDROID OS, so I didn't understand why it wasn't working on THIS phone but I had NO problems downloading and listening to on the Samsung.
I believe your developers need to go back to the drawing board and come up with some better ideas because as of now, Samsung has the upper hand as far as features and usability goes.
Love this phone and am sad that it doesn't hold up to the standards of the other phones that are out there.
I pray you do better in the future.

Good overall phone, but doesn't get to 4G LTE capacity. Only capable of reaching 3G level. So , therefore there are a lot of dropped calls in certain areas.

Worst phone ever! It would be better to bang it with a hammer a few times then get a better phone. Impossible to disable ICE app. The disable button is ghosted. What a terrible product! Don't buy it!!!!!

This phone is awsome, it is very stable. Never ever crashes. Sound is clear. Battery time is great - about a week. Of course I use it only as a phone, I am not a monkey to surf the internet with it while I am on the street. I have a home PC and when I want to surf the internet I use it insted of the phone.

I got one off ebay for $15 bucks in good shape. It is GSM unlockable and has low end but acceptable specs. Makes for a good travel phone that I don't mind losing somewhere accidentaly.

I've owned my Alcatel One Touch for a little over (6) months ago. After less than(5) months the phone went crazy. It was in permanent silent mode. It didn't ring. Speaker phone didn't work, etc. There warranty process is you spend your money to send their shitty product. If you don't have a replacement phone, they don't care. They don't need to be a part or option of phones to purchase with Walmart"s family mobile plan because when bot if their pitiful phone breaks, your stuck. I have had this phone back for less than two weeks and already see early signs of what happened last time before this phone went out and I see it breaking again within a few months. Keep in mind this phone cost $125.00. The worst part about it is, their repair center and support team are one of the rudest customer service company I've ever dealt with. Do your homework people before you buy. I wish I did.

This is the worst phone ever! Do not buy. Total waste of money. It only comes with 1.45 GBs, WiFi sucks (you can't do anything using cellular. And WiFi cuts out no matter where you are.) It takes horrible pictures no matter how photogenic something is. And recently I haven't been able to call or text or receive calls or texts because it said it could not connect. Do not buy. It ways a big mistake.

I've had mine for a year and a half now and it just recently started acting up because i deleted some pre-installed google apps and now get the "com.android.phone" not responding whenever i turn the wifi on. It's only 35 bucks some im buying another one and will start playing around with different roms on this one.

worse phone ever, I now can not do anything if I'm not in WiFi and even then phone calls get dropped, I sound like I'm under water, it echoes even when I have full signal. I just want to run over it. this phone sucks
