This is the only phone my parents could afford but mine and my brother's have broken at least 3-4 times each since we first got them less than two years ago. It's completely ridiculous. Worst phone ever.

Horrible. I have it and I wish I just didn't have a phone at all. I can not wait to get a new phone. Camera is horrible, snap chat will not work with this camera, turns off for no reason. Get any other phone not an Alcatel.

This is the worst phone i have and will ever have. I text people and dont get their reply till the next day. The battery drains so fast even when im not using it. Takes forever to charge. If you people are looking for a good phone dont buy this one.

I am just glad I didn't need it in an emergency - Today I could not even make a call on the phone - Many times I had to take out the battery and put it back in so the phone would work I would NOT recommend any phone made by hit mfg I am now looking into another phone to buy

this was by far the WORST phone I ever had - I had to open the back many times to reset the phone and when I needed it most it didn't work I would NOT buy a phone made by this manufacturer - I am now getting a different phone

It's awful, it has a terrible battery life so I had to charge it several times every day, it's so stinking slow i t was almost worthless I couldn't play any games that moves fast or it would lag out and freeze for 15 minutes,the storage was so small I could only have a few apps, the RAM is so small any app I did install would slow it down even worse than it already was, it's total crap and was designed by idiots

I have the Evolve 5020, I've had a few minor problems but for the most part I like it. The camera takes good picture, and when I have had a problem all's I had to do to fix it was take out the battery and SIM card and reboot and it is fixed but yes there is a 'but' as of late it's charged 100 percent when I go to bed and it is at 23 percent when I get up approx 6 hours later and this is recent and I can't figure out why .... wi-fy and blue tooth are off..... so this sucks .... any suggestions ???appreciated.

two weeks old and the battery life is less than 5 hours. Bought new battery and the battery screen shows android uses 38% of power and Google Services uses 22%. Battery life is still 5 hours.

Within a month of buying, texting is now nearly impossible. The phone lags excessively and takes 5-10 seconds for EACH LETTER to appear on screen after I press the key. Never encountered this problem on any phone before.

This phone is decent. It is fairly durable and it fits nicely in your pocket. Unfortunately there are many flaws in the phone as well such as storage, battery life, and freezing. My phone freezes a lot which gets very fruxtrating. Also, the battery life gets drained away in a 4 hour period with data on. The storage bothers me the most because with all the other apps downloaded prior to usage, I can really only download maybe four apps with consistant updates. I bought an sd card, but I cannot use the space it has. This is a decent phone as I said, but it has flaws.

This is a fantastic phone no glitches no freezes good for gaming if you have an issue id suggest not pirating or doing anything like that cause id call that a virus keep it real it was a good phone until you messed it up

I purchased the Evolve2 to replace my Samsung Galaxy Express. I am very pleasantly surprised and as of yet do not understand such negative reviews. It is super fast logging into Facebook. Infact, much faster than the Samsung which was a much more expensive phone with better reviews. The Evolve camera is not that great but it is not horrible. I love the quickness of texting and how it basically spells everything out for me. I am very happy with my phone and am thinking of purchasing one for my hubby for fathers day since he needs a new one. Sorry so many people have ripped on this phone.

this stupid phone keeps deleting all my contacts. my crushes number? deleted! all my important business contacts? deleted! it re-sends me the same text messages from my friends over and over like 10 times each. the screen goes black spasmodically. apps keep force quitting on their own. very slow. horrible internet connection.
this phone suxx!!!

This is the CRAPPIEST phone I have EVER had. Today it stopped connecting to both 3G and WIFI and now I can't use ANY of my internet-based apps or social media.

This is the most stupid fone I've ever had.... It shuts down n won't power no matter if its well charged..... It tells me to force close n then it automatically shuts itslf dwn.... This is bullshit!!!
