The worst phone ever.my husband had an Alcatel and a year to the date his died on him and he had to purchase a new phone. That was two weeks ago. Today my Alcatel one touch completely died.if these phones aren't going to last but a year, the company should tell the consumer that it's a temporary phone. Not that it worked well in the first place but at least I could call 911 if needed. ..thanks a** holes

I just got it yesterday and its freezing all the time i can't do anything and the keypad takes forever to pop up and when it does it just goes back down again please somebody help me i like the size it's just really slow please tell me what I can do to fix it????

why people trashing this phone..this device is fantastic..but I recommend this phone is ONLY for gaming experience!!..this phone can handle many apps games and others valuable files..there's no need to trash this!! it's a good phone for gamer only!!

This phone sucks it is my first phone and I agree with Bree the camera has no flash and at night you cannot see your pictures, it is all just black junk. Wish I had an I-Phone or some other phone. T-Mobile only sells two cases black and magenta, they are the same diamond design on both of them. So, do not buy this phone I think it is equal to those disposable phones. The customization of this phone is equal to 0.

I switched to T-Mobile and got the Alcatel one touch phone. It is the worst phone I have ever owned. The phone won't turn on, other times it won't shut off. when it does turn on it won't let you to your contact list. Tomorrow it will be used at the lake as a skipping stone !

This is the worst phone I've ever had experience with. The camera quality is horrible you cant take pictures at night due to no flash and it always froze. Now my alcatel one touch evolve won't power on and I've tried tons of chargers,called T-Mobile, and there response was no warranty there's nothing we can do. Save your money this isn't worth even being a starter phone i'd rather have a flip phone.

i bought this phone couple months ago i had spent 269.25 on it and everytime i make a call and have to press 1 for english ect. i cant because it will not light up at all so i can the camera is horrible and it will now and then act like there is no micro sd card in and cant remove the battery in case it freezes up then sitting there 5 min hold a button to get it to shut off i only bought it cause it had a big enough screen thats the only good thing about it im just better off going back to my old phone before this piece of crap

The only reason I got this phone is because of the price. It was super cheap and at the time I didn't even know it wasn't 4g capable. So it really doesn't matter what plan you have. You truly get what you pay for. Next time I do research on my next phone purchase. By far the worst phone I've ever had. But worth the $32 bucks I paid for it.

A friend of mine got me this phone about a year a ago in lagos Nigeria, what people are saying about this phone is absolutely nothing but the truth. Please save up your money and go for a good phone with good specs and performance.

This phone is trash. It so freaking slow and the storage is stupid. The camera quality is terrible. It closes my apps when it lags super bad. I recommend nobody to get this phone. It's the worst phone I have ever had.

All the reviews are true this is a poor phone i had two of them and both sucked both cameras are poor NO storage the keyboard freezes and the phone always freezes i dont reccomend this junk to no one! That was th worst phone i ever had
