hello please how can i fix the problem of batterie of my flash2 It can get off alone after showing that the batterie is getting hot. the problem comes even if I charge it full the batterie gets empty n can sweach on after one or two days

Recently my AF2 was not able to connect 2 sim cards at the same time. Last time was able to be on dual standby, each time when I switch 'on' the phone.
Now need to switch between sim1 & sim2, how to set to dual standby again, what is the likely problems.

Hi...my flash alcatel phone is already damaged bcoz of the screen cracked when i was accidentally dropped it. For the repair cost,roughly same with the brand new phone. My concern is my files in the "KEEP APPS". How can retrieved it if im using now a Samsung phone. Coz i remember that before my Flash Alcatel i also have phone with "keep apps" and i still found it there my files. How can i find it? Thank you
