I bought my flash last year and now the charger overheats so does the phone. The camera sometimes malfunctions causing the screen to log. I tried to format and reboot, the problem was kinda solved but now it is starting to overheat again and there was even a time it wont turn on.

My speaker is not good anymore...its broken...sometimes notification can't be heard...camera is blur sometimes...
And please alcatel if you can read this comment can you make a replacement battery for alcatel flash 2 so we can replace our old battery if its already damage...you can also sell it on lazada so we can order it... Thankz...

Hi! could someone help me. I'm experiencing some delay on my alcatel flash 2. Around .5 seconds before it reacts. especially in games you can really see and feel the delay.

AnonD-582642, 09 Sep 2016but bro,it has crystal clear ring tone.and sound is also great. i dont know what's happening to my alcatelflash 2 although it doesnt have defect on its speaker..the thing is i cant hear the notification sounds esp. incoming calls ecenthough i already set it to maximum vol. i really feel very disappointed

hi,
I bought the device before 4 months, I am having some problems
i can not charge the battery (charger is no problem - charge another device) after several hours starts loading and then optimize Android
what can i do ?
i live in isrel and i bought it from china .

Unless you caught a virus.
Or your phone is busted or a reject

kat, 04 Oct 2016I bought mine in lazada, you may contact or bring it to the... morehi kat, alcatel flash 2 has "NONREMOVABLE BATTERY", it means "HINDI SYA PWEDE TANGGALIN".. regarding with your "HANG" problem, try to removed your SD Card, Alcatel Flash 2 had a compatibility problem with SD Card, try to used Sandisk, it works perfectly fine.
