Bought this phone and it did pass all my expectation, i loved it. Nothing bad to say. I preffer this phone over samsung.

but if still does not work then;
Check the time/date stamp on that email. That is when the clock started. If you continue to "play" with your device, you may wind up resetting that timer, so best you just turn it off and set it aside for three days (72 hours minimum). After 72 hours and one minute, you should be able to regain access to your phone. Please note - and this is important - NO FACTORY RESET IS REQUIRED

HELP needed.
I tapped "Erase All Data on SD card" and my phone rebooted. When it opened, it says "Verify Gmail Account" and I have to put the "Gmail Account Synced in the Phone Previously' and I did just exactly as it said (the gmail account is valid, I even opened it on my pc). But after 'Checking Info' it went back to "Verify Gmail Account". I tried over and over again (input gmail and password) but it always goes back to "Verify Gmail Account". What do I do?
I don't want to Hard Reset it since it will erase all data on my phone (internal storage). I only wanted to erase the data on the SD card. Thank you for answering my question.

If the phone is shut down until the system update , then the system is confused, by my opinion the best to do'' factory data reset'' to return the system to its original state so later when prompted to update you remember the battery need fully charged or put on the charger for that mistake does not happen again

if you did not do root your phone , then try this;
hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage, and phone start as it was new.

guys i need help. my alcatel flash 2 is not turning on. when press and hold the power button its just appearing the flash logo then screen is still black. or sometimes when i turn it on it appears "android is starting... Optimizing app 1 of 156 (numbers of app installed i think) and starting up, then still not turning on the way it should be. pls help me.
