I too have this phone. The only problem with this is, the ringer volume is very very poor. I am not able to over come this problem. Is anyone can suggest me.

I have this one, okay camera. But tye problem is that it heats up constantl (50+°C) making it not comfortable to use... Can this problem be fixed?

I got this phone from Lazada 1.5 months ago and it seems fine though its camera wasnt impressed. I used it as a basic contact device. However, it sudden totally dead, cant switch on and no indication when charging. Have to send to the only service center for repair. It will takes 2-7 days and all contacts will be lost. I am doubt of its quality and from now on wouldn't take a look on Alcatel/tcl phone anymore in the future.

Alcatel or TCL Corp. is one of the pioneers and one of the biggest Brand in mobile/smartphone technology industry since 2004 as a joint venture of Alcatel-Lucent of France and TCL Corp.. I love how they create their product going for perfection and as long as the brand is concerned they are justified as good as their product regarding on their high standards. I am one of the user of Alcatel Flash 2 and i find it one of the best in mid- ranged smartphone, smoothness and fast in one great looking phone (Classy).. hope to see more great smartphones from Alcatel, more power :)

The display isn't great at all.. Contrast ratio is low.. Hopefully the Alcatel flash 3 which is rumor to come with a mediatek x30 has a better display

Alcatel Flash 2 needs more automated camera focus when compared with Idol X Plus.
The display also needs for better picture vision as it used to be in Idol X Plus.
Other than that its okay, but not like my favorite Idol X Plus.

I think the android system is broken so it's best to go to an authorized service that you install new software , and if the phone is still under the warranty then service is free and safe

do you have any idea to fix alcatel flash 2 , my phone get stock up in logo loading screen after system update, what happen is after updating it got error and reboot after that , get stock up in loading screen even force shutting down it , even i go to recovery option in flash i got error "no command'
please help me God Bless!
