You're right
alcatel almost do not give the update
but I think it is because of the problems
that arise because of that fear .
for me personally means nothing to the lolipop
because i like and I am satisfied

Point is alcatel promised that there will be a lollipop update when they release this phone. But after just a few months they abandoned the flash plus, released flash 2 with lollipop. That's just how they do things, they release a bunch of phone with no update at all. This will be the last alcatel phone for me as well because i'm sick of their lies and bs.

So for those wanting to buy alcatel phones, don't waste your money.. You are better off with other phones like xiaomi or lenovo which releases updates. Don't bother with this crappy flash plus that will be forever running kitkat with no lollipop update. 👎🙅

alcatel onetouch flash plus (AOFP) is the worst phone that i use, when i ask confirmation about next update (FYI, now AOFP still running kitkat 4.4.4) someone from alcatel said there is no more update for AOFP OS because latest update is stable, wtf?
i am very disappointed with alcatel,
this the last time i buy product from alcatel,
even cheaper xiaomi still get update,

hi guys, I need to occassionally print to my wireless printer, and it cannot always connect to the printer. in the setting there is no "printing" option as in other phones (alcatel flash 2 and zenfone 5 has this option). where can I locate the "printing" option/setting?
any help would be appreciated. thanks

and for you and for everyone else lolipop no ordinary update ,
it deletes kitkat version and install the new operating system ,
the process takes 3-6 hours and it is not perfect
there are plenty of unsolved problems after installation

Android 5.0 (ignoring the SD card) consists of the following 4 partitions:
1. mmcblk0p23, for System, 2.9GB
2. mmcblk0p24, for Cache, 1.0GB
3. mmcblk0p26, for Data (userdata, incl Apps), 10.6GB
4. Swap, 1.2GB (equivalent to the Windows "virtual memory" file, for instance)
Partitions 1, 2, and 4 must be what comprise "System Memory," Their sum is 2.9 + 1.0 + 1.2 = 5.1GB
