Alcatel replies to me and what they mean to me is like this... - we don't have lollipop upgrade to this device, please like our new page and buy a new alcatel phone. WTH.

jufasa, 17 Feb 2016i personally bought the phone because i wanted a phone with... morejufasa your opinion is fine , and I support the conclusion that there is no lolipop upgrade , but I'll just mention android lolipop no ordinary update that delete the already existing program , 'kitkat' and install a new program ,' lolipop' which is around 4.5GB . Despite this I personally have a samsung s4 and when I upgrade to lolipop, later I regretted because it affects a lot of trouble and now need one by one to solve them .
therefore say, it is better when you buy a phone with the already installed program 'lolipop' than later upgraded because, many problems occur ,I'm not defending anyone just suggest.

The flash 2 has lower specs in comparison to the flash plus but it run the lollipop just fine, no? What we're to say is, don't promise something you won't deliver. You defending them doesn't change that fact.

Please don't buy this phone and never buy from Alcatel. They don't care if customer's are requesting for upgrades and all they care about is their sales. It happens all the time even on their flagship devices, idol series. I will not be surprised if flash2 marshmallow upgrade is a lie. I heard their new devices will come out soon. I WILL NEVER BUY ALCATEL AGAIN!

Will there be an update coming ? This phone is getting boring and crappy . The Alcatel company should work for this one , fast . For a slow or a flaw of device will tear your company down to the ground

I love this phone. with different brands and models including apple and samsung i have tried this one stands out when it comes to signal coverage. we have very poor signal in our area which is closing to dead spot, but with this phone i can even have stable 4g signal. I have mine the gold one...thanks alcatel

Good Specs.
But 1 of the Worst Mobile Manufacturer out there. Can't even upgrades their Units, after their Outstanding Flash Sales w/c always Sold Out. They will just Abandoned this Unit like nothings happen.
All I can say is "No to Alcatel Again".
