hi. i have an alcatel one touch flash plus phone. the thing is, i woke up yesterday and noticed that the phone isn't charging properly. it's plugged in but the battery percentage doesn't go up. any ideas what to do before I have it checked? it's still under warranty so I'm planning to have it checked later this week. please and thank you.

if yes , then press the power button for more than 7sec, if wont start then try this, {but let charge at last 30 min just leave on charger. then unplug from charger and ;
hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time ( more than 5sec.)
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down key to select the ''wipe data factory reset''.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage,
and start as when it was new, I hope it will help.

I am a MYPHONE user, ive decided buying alcatel flash plus after reading reviews and forums. Been using flash plus for a month now. And then woke up that this phone doesnt power on. The shop wer i purchase the product doesnt offer a repair or a replacement. After spending money with this phone, then what now?

Hi guysss......I have a problem.....just yesterday i tried opening my phone but the screen would'nt turn on .....i can receive sms but i can't read it coz the screen is black....i can open the camera via camera button in the bottom part.....but when i press home the screen went black....i tried formatting it but it says..no command.....what to do please....anyone .....help!

Anonymous, 24 Feb 2016If you knew better then why you waited tell everyone how to... moreno friend, i'm just saying that it is bull***t if the reason why alcatel hasnt released the lollipop update is because it will ruin the phone. the fact is, ive already heard many times that even with unofficial lollipop update via custom rom, this alcatwl flash plus performs well with longer battery life. so why they havent released the update until now?

hi guys, I need to occassionally print to my wireless printer, and it cannot always connect to the printer. in the setting there is no "printing" option as in other phones (alcatel flash 2 and zenfone 5 has this option). where can I locate the "printing" option/setting?
any help would be appreciated. thanks

well, you know nothing about this matter my friend. we all here already know that this phone can be upgraded to Lollipop through custom rom. and i heard that this phone runs much faster and the battery life is improved significantly. So stop being smart**s here!

Bought mine few months ago... Hands on experience
1. Very good battery can go whole day with 3g and 4g
2. Good camera and front can
3. Good screen 5.5inches
Note: about the screen display... If u set it to 1 minute inactivity the screen will turn off... And if u click or put it in power+ mode all the settings will change, lowest brightness and screen inactivity will always set to 15secs. If u disable power+ mode it will go back to your original settings... I read some comments about the screen display settings issue... I hope this helps
Over all the phone is excellent and affordable

This is just how they do things. Release a new phone abandon the previous one. They don't care about their users. Hopefully more users will be aware and won't be fooled by alcatel. Let's Abandon alcatel just like how they abandon their products. Say no to alcatel!

and here I found a solution for this , so I decided that I could help others as much more .
I use the Alcatel name because I'm a fan of long years , more then 15 years and I have another one from 2003 still works and the battery lasts 4 days --OT 331-- cheers
