This phone is a blast ! Knowing its high resolution with a big bang of 3500 battery storage . One problem though , it doesn't often receives any signal through a mobile network . What is the meaning of this ? Thank you

I think that there is no upgrade to 5.0 lolipop
but just to know it's no ordinary update
first uninstall KitKat os, and install a completely new android 5.0 lolipop
and this process takes 3-6 hours because its size
follows;
Android 5.0 (ignoring the SD card) consists of the following 4 partitions:
1. mmcblk0p23, for System, 2.9GB
2. mmcblk0p24, for Cache, 1.0GB
3. mmcblk0p26, for Data (userdata, incl Apps), 10.6GB
4. Swap, 1.2GB (equivalent to the Windows "virtual memory" file, for instance)
Their sum is 2.9 + 1.0 + 1.2 = 5.1GB
Android 5.0 is 5.1GB if you use these "default" partition sizes.
after update ,some users have encountered a range of issues,
including freezes, crashes, stutter and lag. In-place upgrades can be the cause of that.
navigating apps can become laggy, probl with Wi-Fi connectivity , battery bug , camera bug , GPS problems , flashlight bug , overheating , performance problems etc.
all these problems after installation should be improved

I Have a question, I'm using flash plus for more than a month now, so far it is working perfectly fine, and I have been trying to update its OS 4.4.4 which is kitkat to 5.0 Lollipop OS. WHEN i go to setting>About this phone, I don't see any option to select " software update" . How can I update my OS?

onlinebuyer, 04 Jan 2016I bout my flash plus last July. My problem now is my charge... moreusually it is not the charger fault, than to a USB cable that plugs into the charger .So Try to replace the USB cable,it is standard and fits on every phone .But if it is faulty battery charger, then you can charge with a USB cable connected up to a PC or laptop.

I bout my flash plus last July. My problem now is my charger is not working anymore. I have to use other charger which is hassle because Alcatel phones always prefers the original charger. Any suggestion for this? thanks! Happy new year!

i bought this one a week ago. I have been playing videos since then.. i dont have any ploblem watching videos in my gallery until i updated the software and when i try to play one of my video in my gallery it goes stop and go.. i experienced delay while watching my video in my gallery.. as in delay.. like stop dance.. any solution??
