With all your problems with the phone, I just hope that my incoming Flash Plus will not be that problematic. And hope that Lazada will have an easy return for the product just in case.

Android 5.0 lolipop is 5.1GB
lolipop application will uninstalled KitKat version,
and will install entirely new operating system, that will take 5.1GB
and it takes 3-5 hours

Li- ion batteries should not be
discharged until the end .
When it reaches 30 % , then to charge it
I do not fill up to 100 % than 90 %
That helps extend battery life
and when they do not reach 100 %
then charging does not count
Because each battery has a cycle
of charging 500-1000 .

Disappointed, 15 Dec 2015im discouraging user's to buy this unit, it doesn't update ... morein my opinion, it is not discouraging. Yup there is a better brand phone that runs in lollipop but is the specs are better?.... this phone is better because of the specs.

I bought my phone two days ago and it takes 6 hours to charged 100% but others says that they charge their flash plus 3-4 hours.. What to do?? Pls help me

Does anybody having issue upgrading the firmware from kitkat to lollipop?
aside from it doesn't have system updates on about the phone option the Mobile Upgrade Tool also failed to connect to the server even though your internet connection is high speed.

@DGK DMURK my problem PLAYSTORE.. helped please.. Can't update/download app/game :( I do clear cache, clear data, uinstal update, and create new account. But not any fix this problem. Whether it should be factory reset ? please answer. Thanks before
