I updated to android marshmallow and now my texts and picture messages don't work. (I have straight talk) How can I go back to lollipop? I sent my phone back to alcatel to get repaired and they sent me a new phone with marshmallow already on it . didn't need to update

Alcatel one touch Idol 3 (5.5) 16GB
SIM from Tracfone
All works Ok after Marshmallow
Added 128 GB SD card . Some difficulties until Phone "reacted" and fixed all the issues. Seems that i was doing something wrong.
Great Phone.

my idol3 back camera photos not really good it shows mixed blur colour on pic. I really love this phone. But back camera making me mad.

Best smartphone I've owned so far. I've experienced no lag what so ever. If your phone is lagging, then you obviously have too much junk running in the background. Learn how to properly use the phone before posting false information.

There're a version without Micro SD card slot ... Take care ... I bought mine Dual Sim but not allowed to Micro SD card slot from jarir stores
