I've had this phone for 5 days and now its not working. I did not damage it in any way I know that for sure. I am very upset about this I don't recommend this phone to anyone.

not a very good phone.
it has a good running speed and its graphics is fairly good.
but its battery is very bad and 1800 mAh isn't even half adequate.
the battery can't handle mobile data opened for more than 3-4 hours.
also this mobile has this common touch problem when screen starts touching randomly and then it goes crazy and you can't press anything on the screen.
the worst thing ever though, my phone has massive network problem
most of time the sims aren't detected or the network coverage is zero.
mobile data doesn't work most of the time !

I have used the Alcatel One Touch Idol. So far there is nothing problem but the camera is worst part. If we are dubsmash the video will be like in slow motion. Is there any solution based on these problem????

onetouch idol is a crap!!!! now i have this phone for a year and now it has crash i don't know how but it crash and these type of phones freeze up alot

I initially was excited about my idol 3 until 2 weeks later. I CANNOT receive my text messages unless someone calls me or I make a call. There has got to be a way to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on week 2 with my One Touch and I love it! I migrated from iOS for my personal phone. I have had an Android work phone for 2 years before this and a BB before that. I don't know what some of these FT's do with their phones
I guess f you're in a war zone or jumping off roof tops, you can break any phone. If you're just an average working guy like me and a free phone sounds.like a good deal, I have zero complaints. It kicks the snot out of my Galaxy S4 work phone. In fact, I'm thinking of having an accident with the Samsung because it's a POS compared to my Alcatel.

Alcatel mobile is good,
but one time happened damage this phone not recover easily because again continue that problem and huge amount of service.
Eg: Alcatel One Touch Idol-2 6037K model rate 12,500/- but this model display rate 7,500/-
So, Dont buy this any alcatel mobile..

alcatel is one of worst mobile company i purchsed two mobiles same day and with in 15 days both got dead one is in service center and 2nd screen got damaged and new screen is more costly thn new mobile so its my suggestion dont go for alcatel product chines mobile are far better thn acatel

I already gave up hope about a update for my idol but when I installed apus launcher i feel like i have a new phone. Im really glad i did. Now i just can't help gawking at my 2yr old idol. The beautiful display is even more enhanced and the camera never ceases to amaze me:-)

This and every other phone that Alcatel makes are toatle POS. don't buy them. When you get it you will be happy for a few weeks then little things will start to now work sometimes like the keyboard... Then the camera.... Then the whole phone. And evenchally you will be restarting your phone 2 times a day and recharging the battery all the time. DO NOT BUY IT unless you are like the people from the sprint commercial and who are stupid rich and don't care.

after 2 years i have a very good experience, excellent screen,very bright, good ram management. only drawbacks are some random crashes, battery and the lack of android updates.
