Well I have an Alcatel OneTouch and it's space is abnormally low, and the front camera quality is terrible, I wish I had chose a better phone than this one, I can't do anything on this phone anymore.

Alcatel Idol 1 is great phone. I have it for almost 2 years and I am more than satisfied. There is nothing wrong with this phone. Problem are your heads, that won't try to learn something new. Ofc that phone will "die" if you overload it with apps, so would You if some1 put 2 tons on your back. Ofc phone will update Apps, unless you disable that option on your Play Store, for example = so phone is not a prob.

Alcatel is not a good phone and especially if you are doing business you cannot uninstall preinstalled apps and if you disable an app that was pre installed you cannot uninstall it and because there are apps that you do not want do not use and you try to uninstall and you can't it takes up the memory that you should have available to you and the emergency alert if you disable it it still comes back continually using up the battery which is hard on the phone and its frustrating if you're in a fix and you can not charge up or keep the phone charged up

had this phone for abt 6 mths..it froze, dowloaded alot of crap on its own..then suddenly it went off and wont work..Wont recommend to anyone..dont waste ur time or money..parts are impossible to source..

Product quality is not good and servicing is taking one month of time. this is really worst. service itself is taking one month of time then how can we use the mobile

I've been using this phone for 2 years and the sound is great, the screen too, i love the design and i didn't had big problems but in the last 3 nights it turned off by itself and at the morning i turned it again on. Please tell me what's the problem why the last night i couldn't turn it again on but when i charge it the blue LED is on?!

I am a user from Pakistan I have been using this phone for year .now its monkey test and adobe air and some other applications start to crash as soon it is connected to internet .And the phone starts to download unwanted applications it self.kindly some one tell me what is this problem

To my regret I purchased one of these phones on August 26th 2015 and by September 21st I received my 3rd one and it still doesn't work. Can't make or receive calls and Straight talk is about useless as this phone. I contacted both Straight Talk and Alcatel and neither were willing to help or offer any warranty.

If i head read the comments before i would have never wasted my money. It is absolutely awful. Touch screen already not working only after six months of using it. Worst phone i have ever seen. Too bad Alcatel cheats people with this crap

Got phone year ago. Love it. Screen got cracked. Been running everywhere to try to get fixed. No luck. Will keep using it but be nice to fix. Rang one touch help line. Give up. Will use until glass gives up. Shame as I belive this could be a good product for bigger sales. Think this bad service is not helping promoting company. Many will stay with bigger company's as easier to deal with. That does not mean they are better becauce bigger. Heard lot of others say one touch phone problems which Thank God I have not had. Brought phone on my hoiladay in Lanzzrotte. What should I expect.

Not really a good phone ... good to throw because it's function is really slow ...camera also awful...waste many time ....everytime make me on temper ...sorry to say that ...it is really worst

Alcatel one touch is the worst tablet I have ever seen ...
It's camera is awful, also it doesn't have a good security...
I am not satisfied with this type of tablet and mobile and I advise you not to buy any alcatel products ... never...

It shuts down randomly (I think overheats) and is a struggle to turn on. Glitches like crazy. No site has helped fix it yet so I'm probably going to bring it in and replace it. This phone looks nice but hides the hard garbage it is

I am using this phone more than 1 year and 6 months and I can say for sure that this phone is the best in the whole world that you can buy for that money ... for the money that i have bought this phone i may bought old iPhone 4 ... this phone is the best for that money ... yes I am still using the same Idol
