I restored the phone to its original factory setting and erased all data like its new out of the box, I did that because the phone was always lagging. After reinstalling the apps most of them wont even open or often times crash, even the original apps that came along with the phone. I tried resetting the phone through settings and tried doing it manually by pressing the power button + volume button however it got the same results, apps are still not opening and often times crash, anyone here got the same experience and how this can be fixed? TIA...

to all those asking about the battery performance of this phone, when i got the phone i installed all sorts of battery savers and task killers but they appeared to be just a waste of storage space. now i only use cleaner and avg antivirus. i'm an average user and my idol lasts for more than a day. love this phone!

Just got this phone 4 days ago, passed from a basic BlackBerry to Android. I was a little bit worried about the battery performance, never needed to charge a cell phone twice in a shot period of time. Reading a little bit around and disabling the GPS I got more time. I will see what happens in a place with better coverage of 3G, hope I get longer battery life.

The touchpad maybe manufacture defect. I have experienced that before. They replaced the touchpad and now it's ok already and in enjoying the full capacity and advantage of idol.

Hey guys, i have a question about a focus. How I can focus a finger, and take a picture with flash? You see when I do that on picture my finger is all white, and i can't see my fingerprint. Can you upload a video about that? I want to take a picture with flash, and see my fingerprint :D
