Guys how can i fix my phone? Its been 4 months since i got this alcatel one touch idol and now there are times that the touchscreen is not working and it hangs that you need to turn it off and on again to use it then after several minutes it hangs again and i need to turn it off again. Does anyone know how can i fix this or what is the problema with my device?

you can just take a snapshot of the pic your trying to save..press the power and volume down key at the same time..

Idol 6030D is perfect phone for this price range , deserves at least 50% more of its price . can't dream for more,except for battery Which is really bad, 1800mah is not enough

pls help me,l bough this phone Alcatel One Touch Idol before 4months,but from first day battery life is not good,first l thought that l used it too much cos to look what is on phone,sometimes and for net,but after l deside to see whats up whit my phone,l don't use it only fore some calles,nothing more,sometimes l gust have 5min on call,and battery died for 6-7hours,somethimes l get it from charger and go out,when l want to take some pictures l take 10pictures l want to put it on my fb,turn on my 3G and put only 5pic and my phone shut down,l don't know what to do,l go in our sellers they tell me can't do nothing whit problem,thatt app.used battery,but l turn off all app and l don't used phone and he is empty,please help me what to do whit my phone,how to made to safe battery life,l can't charge it twice a day and to go out whithout phone,pls help,thx

Superb mobile phone. I don't like to upgrade it coz there may be unexpected complications. I just want it the way I want it. Price + elegance = comfort. A MUST TRY for everyone!
