What an absolute sack of shit this phone is!!!!!!!! If you buy an alcatel pixi 4 you may as well throw your money in the dustbin, it's slow as hell, over heats all the time, you have to constantly recharge the battery, won't send emails !!!!!!! In short the only thing this phone is good for is putting in the bloody dustbin along with the money I spent buying it !!!!!!

My alcatel One Touch is a worthless phone. I have had it for 2 years and am getting rid of it, period. I've had to factory reset it way too many times because the memory has been used up -- and i only use it as a cell phone: NO EMAILING. NO ADDED APPS. NO MAPPING DEVICES. NO NOTHING! I only use it for phone calls and texts.
Very disappointed, frustrated, and amazed that this product is still up for sale. The BIGGEST mistake i ever made.

My Alcatel phone tells me I am not connected to my phone service once a day. I must reboot. When I use the wall or car charger I must turn it all the way off or I lose power a percentage point at a time.

It's overheating and cutting off. When I make a call, the person I am speaking with can barely hear me. There are a lot of built-in apps that I will never use and after I installed only two apps the phone says storage low. SMH . I regret buying this phone. I will never buy an Alcatel again. Staying with Samsung. Very displeased with the phone.

I can't believe it.I got the Alcatel One touch...forgot the model no., but the first day I got it, it worked flawlessly.
A YEAR LATER, it works like crap, so laggy, I can't even use the camera app, it says, 'Can't connect to the camera, close apps the use flashlight or camera'ADS COME UP TOO.I can't silence this piece of crap, always vibrates when I type.When I search on Google, the keyboard takes like 7 secs to come on the screen.
Wtf.Is there anyone that wants this sh*tty phone?I'm getting me a Samsung Galaxy S7

This Alcatel One Touch phone should be taken off the market ASAP. Mine overheated and scared me to death for fear of a fire while I was in an airplance on a 4 hour flight. Could NOT be shut off. Now, it is completely NOT repairable and I've lost my money. I only had this phone for 18 months. This Alcated phone is a completely disgraceful product and please STAY AWAY from it.

I bought my Alcatel a couple of months ago, it worked fine but now its malfunctiong. My calls are not coming in, which I hate cause I have an elderly mother that calls me and now my calls aren't coming thru. Even my messages are not going thru. And when I'm looking up places or info on Google,my phone freezes and I have to wait about a few minutes before I can type. This horrible,I'm on a fixed income. I bought this phone cuz it was reasonable could I take this back and exchange for a better phone? MetroPCS

I bought this phone based on information from the sales rep. I now see that it is apparently a part of an inventory that could not sell. This phone is the worst crap I have ever had in a phone. My screen changes and freezes constantly. My LTE to wireless changeover does work most of the time. So, I am often in a position where I can not connect to internet at all which could be life threatening if I am search for directions when lost or in an unfamilar location when traveling. I use it to look up vendors when in the field at work and it never works so I carry a phone book in my car. It is a real waste of my $150 and I have had it less than 90 days.

This phone is stupid i hate it because it's stupid to have the phone screen not work when it's cracked and so now i have one long crack from the bottom of the phone to like somewhat part of the middle and that bottom of the screen doesn't work and then just today it got cracked in the top corner and it isn't that big but it seems that i can't even press where q,a,z, uppercase, w and ?123 without turning my phone to the side since i have to use my phone upside down because of the long crack at the bottom! This phone sucks!

My Alcatel model 5065N has got to be the slowest, crappiest piece of sh#@!!!!! This phone is a, brand new, is the worst phone I have ever possessed. You name it, that is a problem it has!

Iam ready to throw mine out the window the power button decided to just stop working an now i cant let my phone die or i wont be able to turn it back on an on tip of that its still under warranty but id be with out my phone for 5 to 10 14 days so this kinda sucks.

Well I've owned my Alcatel one touch phone for close to six weeks and for now the only problem I have is that my home screen clock and weather widgets don't update properly. I never turn it off completely I just shut down the home screen (sleep mode) . If I do this at 12 noon then wake it up sort of speak at 2:15 pm it will still be stuck at 12 noon. Kinda senseless.
