This is the worst phone I have ever owned,,, DATA does not stay on at all. I have all bars, WiiFii off, airplane off,,,, turn it on and before you get back to email it disables!!!!!

I actually bought an Alcatel b.c I play a certain game that I'm heavily involved in.b if mistake, won't run the game right ( killshot bravo).worst phone I ever bought..runs slow as hell with 4gigs left, dials people whenever it wants. Do not buy an Alcatel..any brand but an Alcatel. Uggg.

Worst phone I have ever owned. Been trapped with it for almost three years because of replacement insurance. Once it breaks, they just send another model that is worse than the previous one. Gone through at least five phones. Will never purchase anything from Alcatel again. Thankfully we have never needed it in an emergency. KNOCK ON WOOD! Screw you ALCATEL!!!

This is the worst phone ever! The same day that I bought the phone, it froze the moment it was charged and reset itself. I took it back to the store and it worked..for 45 seconds then shut off and restarted again! I turn on ringer and the phone VIBRATES! I put the phone on vibrate, IT RINGS! I'm in a call and the phone will freeze completely to the point where I have to take the battery out and call the person back after I put the battery back in. This phone is 100% worthless.

This phone is totally worthless. It was stolen along with my purse. Not in the lease sorry. I had to recharge it every other day. I had to wait 3 seconds before I could punch in the next letter in my text messages. Total rip off; it is criminal.

I bought Alcatel One touch, within 9 months mobile became scrap, did not boot up, this is the worst mobile in speaker and camera quality. I strongly recommend not to buy Alcatel brand.

This is an absolute piece of trash. The phone is made of the dirt cheap and doesn't function properly. It vibrates when vibrate is turned off. It rings when the ringer is turned off. The screen doesn't rotate all of the time. Worst piece of junk Ive come across in a good while as far as phones are concerned.

It was sent back to alcatel and i was told a load of garbage from.their repair centre..that the microphone was fine but it had screen damage and an issue with the flex. Both of which aren't true. Rang alcatel only to be spoken to really rudely by their call centre staff..no help whatsoever. They now want me to pay £42 to fix a problem the phone doesn't have. AVOID THIS PHONE at all costs !!!

I have a phone that I can text and search the internet a little bit but I cannot talk because it continually hangs up on people or as you said mute the conversation or it will put one conversation on hold while the phone dials a second party all on its own

Then got notice they had automatically updated it and it has acted crazy ever since. Freezes up, loses my wallpaper screen and shows last video I watched o Facebook instead. After disconnecting it calls anyone in her contact list without her even touching the phone. Half of the time it is in the middle of the night it will just call without even being touched. We "talked" last night 8 times but only really talked for 8 minutes in the entire 8 times because of this issue. She is on disability and a fixed income since this phone cost like 70 bucks she really can't afford to get another one. However she can't afford to keep this phone either. I will buy her a phone and she can pay me back a little at a time so she can have a phone to call out if she needs medical help. Please do not buy this phone because you will have nothing but trouble with it and it will raise your blood pressure if you buy one.

This is the worst equipment I have owned. It turns itself off in the middle of a call. The instructions of its sistem are incomprehensible.
I trew the phone away and bought another brand. What a difference...
I thougth I was very incompetent but it was the incredible bad phone.
Do not buy it...BEWARE....

Worst phone I have ever had in my life! String between two paper cups would give you better service. And forget about trying to text on this piece of junk. I want to be reimbursed!!!
