Cheap peice of crap...opens apps by itself without touching it. Take it back to the shop they say what's causing it is a mystery now it's freezing and restarting at random best just burn up $79 at the pub so I decided to smash the phone up - nobody knows how to fix the opening of apps by itself or what causes it so common sense prevails

My Tracphone ZTE valet will not download attachments unless DATA is turned on. I get the text and see that there is an attachment, generally I leave DATA off, so I turn it on for attachments.
Possibly you have DATA turned off?

I have an Alcatel pop , put £10.00 credit on and it took £2. 50 before I made a call . Switched internet off and put it on flight mode .made 2 ,30 second phone calls, and now I have 85 pence left ,can't find out where my credit has gone

i have a pixi alcatel one touch and find it anoying and fruastrating as i have never been able to do my contacts without it costing money and i believe it was made to do this

This phone is almost worthless. It will not send or receive mutimedia messages for no apparent reason. the "setting" menu has totally disappeared in the messaging app.
