This phone is garbage. The battery last only and hour, even if it is all the way dark. Also, the keyboard is so broken. I just do a single tap and thinks I'm swipe typing but I'm not. Also, this crappy phone has an sd card slot, but it doesn't even work. Also, today, I was trying to delete some letters but instead, a bunch or a's, p's and b's kept on spamming itself. I want a refund and a free iPhone 6 this minute

This phone is a piece of shit.
The LCD is the most fragile display I've ever come across.
I got this as a spare phone for work. My iPhone 4S Fell on the screen from like less than 1 foot high and the LCD Cracked I was so mad
this put me off Alactel for good.

i recently got a white alcatel one touch spop 4030a tried to get some pictures but i couldnt already tried with both the front and back camera but still had trouble getting a pictures after a while i took a few pictures but they were all in black. anyone knows how to solve this problem i wuold appreciate your help

I've had an alcatel one touch pop for about 7-8 months and honestly it's the best phone I've bought in the $200 mark.
I've had two LG phones around this price range which both had major lagging issues and closed apps when I was in the middle of using them, and were difficult to type on. But the Alcatel never disappoints me. It's easy to type on, perfect calibration, never lags, never frustrates me. I highly recommend this phone for a stress-free experience.

Do not buy any alcatel. They break down. And you have to go online to order the parts from other countries. As alcatel doesn't stock most parts. Major scam

Been using my phone for 17 months now. I have dropped it lots of times and it never suffered more than some scratches on the side. That was until a Samsung Galaxy Grand fell on top of it. Now the screen turns on but is completly blank. I can connect to networks and recieve calls and texts. Can anybody help me?

cpu is not enough, very slow response time.
Alcatel PC software is plain awful.
microsd slot is very hard to access.
Only factory ring tones are safe (phone resets by itself to factory notification alert).
Alcatel is out of my next phone list. Back to Samsung next time.

I use patterns to lock my phone after a few days my drew the pattern wrong for five time and my phone is forever and is asking me to enter my google user name and password to unlock it but i don't have a google account in that phone so how can unlock my phone
