I deleted a late friend's contact info from my phone and it automatically deleted all the treasured text threads at the same time. How do I get them back?? Any help would be much appreciated.

I recently Dropped my alcatel one touch pop off the table and on laminate flooring,wasnt a bad drop either. worked fine afterwards to take some photos now It will not turn on unless i restart it completely, then it only says on for so long then shuts off again.. not sure what to do? any suggestions, read the manual and wasnt much help as i dont want to reset all my settings.. Should i try to exchange for a better phone, If i have that option?

My one has deleted apps and corrupted photos(deleting some or turning them grey). The battery life used to be excellent and now is worse than an iPhone. It occasionally overheats when charging and was always hard to type on. Just recently it wouldn't open instagram,notes or camera and because the camera doesn't work snapchat doesn't either. The lock button has been getting harder and harder to use. It's now saying the sd card is damaged but it isn't as we tested it in another phone. Not really happy with this phone.

straight up this phone is shit it works good for a while and then in a couple of months or less it starts to log a lot not to mention that the lock button also stops working i really waste my money buy this phone. it still makes call but i dont really use it for nothing else other than that

Excellent phone the first months, but It gets sluggish very easy, a year later, I don't have much apps installed but just opening the gmail, web browser, facebook, hangouts or whataspp apps feels like the poor phone is having a stroke even after a fresh reboot. also when you connect the phone in storage mode. the photo library dissapears from the phone and you have to reboot and wait very long time for it to reestablish
The lock button is getting harder and harder to use as time goes on and I never had this kind of problem with any other phone/tablet/ipodtouch before. A friend of mine has an alcatel 4010 and is having the same problem

Phone is OK. However, 3 days ago I changed SIM and after that battery won't last even for a day!! All services are off (wi-fi, data exchange, BT...) no apps running. In battery usage screen says about 50% of battery life spend on "call waiting". Any suggestions to overcome this issue? Thanks.
