i have a dl600 and i turned it off and now it cant be turned on. someone experienced the same problem and had to wait until 6 wks to get it back

I have had My Alcatel one touch for 1 week and the camera screen has gone black some times Dark green. The camera worked fine to start and nothing happened to the phone the camera is the only thing that has stopped working. Is there anything i can do to fix this? i have tried resetting the phone back to factory setting and no luck.

Hi! I have a problem with my phone, Alcatel One Touch glory 2 or also known One touch 4030E. It just turned off and my power button is not functioning already, is there a way that I can open my phone even without the power button? thanks in advance!

I bought this phone for my girl friend. After about 1 year of use Power Button no longer works.
