You can change your batterie life, you just have to buy a new batterie and you will just have to insert it,if it doesn't work just contact the Alcatel Service, and they will tell you witch batterie you have to get, or if you can't replace it.

In my country this phone come with ICS 4.0 but in the specs says it has 4.1 Jelly Bean :(

I own a Nokia 5530XM and a SE Xperia Ray... The dual sim really works nice.. Coz i can use both of my prepaid and postpaid number in one phone! And the 4.5 screen works superb especially when watching online movies. The battery life is good enough.. I switched off feedbacks, haptic and adjust the screen brightness from 30 to 40. Depends if your indoors or outdoors.
... You just need to be experimental on your phone colours to have that cute and fancy look... Hope they would release flip covers and phone cases for the POP! Units...

I think it's good, because the screen is big, its got lots of space with microSD and it is very fun to use, but I will find out about the signal of internet and all of that, cause It didnt happen to me, I will see if it happens I may denaunce or I will take it there, I will tell them to fix the signal thing as soon as posible.

pepeq, 25 Jun 2013My loses signal when chargeing too. I wrote to Alcatel and ... morei also have the same problem..when i charge this phone my network signal weakens..i can't send and receive calls and message while charging..it took 4hrs to completely charge the battery.. i don't wanna send my phone to alcatel service because it will take months to repair.. help pls

this phone is avsome i it have about 1 monts and i am veri impresed with them.. its fast good camera and have 2 slots for sim cards for this money is best mobile.and for mee everything forks fine.

I bought this phone for my wife and we had trouble getting on the internet,facebook and google so returned it to Dick Smiths who replaced it no questions asked.
The replacement did the same so took it back and one of the wiz kids behind the counter looked and found the problem(it was us).
He changed a few settings and bingo its a ripper.

Screen freezes, and have to take battery out to reboot. Internet doesn't work. 3G doesn't work. Starting to think this phone must be faulty as other people don't seem to be having issues with theirs.

i got this phone about three days ago,its very good and fast,everything is working perfect,phone had official JB 4.1.1 i have also LG Optimus 4x HD and one touch is very good when i compare it with 4x HD,but price is everything and a name of company which is selling phones...only bad with Xpop is batery life :/
