Anonymous, 21 Jun 2012Its a grt phone to handle. pls can someone advise how one t... morePress the fn button - one press does it just for the next character entered - you'll get what looks like a 1/2 moon appear at the top left hand of the screen - press it twice and it will stay in that mode until you press the f button again - sort of like the upper case button and the caps lock button on a pc keyboard - works for all of the chracter buttons as well as numbers .

just got this phone because my samsung is being repaired and needed something cheap. but the only problem is i cant read my text messages. i click on the message thing and it doesnt come up please help???

Alcatel OT355- Hi, I already wrote additionnal tips of this phone...just a matter of helping myseft catching what the specilists has fail to do as we r sometimes behind a novice of these newly discoveries. Ex.1. How can we reach our inbox...Look in Chat SMS ! Fantastic ! Ex.2. To add figures during editing a message SMS !...Press Fn and U will see on display a quarter of the moon, to insert one figure, N press Fn again U will see at that time a full moon, to continue with figures, !! In fact I found at least a lot of tips that the editor of spec. would had easily inserted into space used for marvelleous Photos of how to inert sim, etc Kindly yours...JL

For the price I gotta say, this phone is quite good. It might not be able to do much but that's why its so cheap. The only real downside that I see is the tiny screen size.
