I have just got this phone as a bridging gap after losing my iPhone and getting another. I bought it for on £12.49 and I am quite impressed up to now with the features. To the person that asks how you get MP3s onto it? you can either download them from the internet on the phone, or even easier, transfer the MP3s onto the memory card from your computer and then insert the card into the phone. If you look at the specs for the phone you see that it states that the usb connector is for charging the phone from a computer only, not data transfer,

how do i put music on the alcatel OT 355. i.ve put in a micro memory card and have connected to my laptop via a usb, but nothing happens. can i put music on my phone or not? if not whats the point of extra memory and usb port?

You can put music or files on memory card only if you copy direcly to card and after you put the card inside phone.

how do i share music / files extra from this phone to others? as there's no usb to plug into the computer and no bluetooth.

i brought my alcatel ot 355 to africa and anytime i switch it on with my sim in it i am told to to enter a network key. what can i do to make my phone work.
