ohh...last week I've lost my phone OT511,I knew its my magic phone,a simply mobile phone and answer all of my want about mobil phone.if someone have its mobile phone (in thailand)with good condition please i want it, thanks

This is my 1st phone ever!!! had it for 3 months before my brother took it from me. the phone is still functionally but certain keys are not working. then, i lost the charger. now its just lying dormant waiting for the end. ive moved on to 6100 and now D600.

Bad resale value and reliability. The software itself is abig nuisance for me. The good thing is its lightweight and looks pretty unique. But that's it

I agree with the fact this model sucks. The software problem can be a real nuisance and it cost me a lot of money to fix it. Also not easily fixable or sellable.

this phone sucks. Too fragile, and more often than not, the software wont work.
Prolonged talk time also results in uninvited mini-shocks.
The only good thing about it is that it's extremely lightweight.

I had this phone and was very happy with it! I never had any problems with the joystick unlike some people.
Someody stole me this little portable in scandinavia :'(

I need to service my phone. Pls provide the dealer who can do it in Malacca, West Malaysia. Many hp shops do not want to open up this type of phone bcos it is troublesome unlike Nokias.

I had two of this model, and both had the same problem; whilst typing a message or dialing a number the phone just switches off. One was only 6 months old and the other new replacement lasted me one year. I am extremely disappointed since i have always had an alcatel mobile phone starting from the One Touch Easy to the One TouchClub db which were very good phones but then the 511's were a big let down because it is a very nice phone however it just won't work - waste of money.

i have to say that this phone is a very good one! i ve mine since 2 years and i never have had any probs with the ok button or with the os...so the only prob could be it s small size because i forget it very often ;-)
