Don't, I repeat DON'T ever buy this phone. It is a disaster!! I changed it FOUR times but they are all defective. Alcatel agents are bull shit they gave me no suitable answer!!

in indonesia,one touch 511 they sell without guarantee?? if the phone broken where can I bring to repair? Because in Indonesia the dealer can not do it.Must bring to another country to repair!

Please inform on the way to store numbers in the phone memory; I already have full my card and I am unable to pass all these numbers to the Phone Main Memory, or write additiional ones to the Phone Memory.

This product is superb. Rich features and ergonomics enough. Unfortunately Alcatel is not so popular here in Indonesia. All people here using Nokia. they all touch their pockets every "nokia message tone " is beeping.
Alcatel has its own class!!!!

Plz tell me OT 511 and OT 512 which one is better??? should i buy Alcatel OT 511 / OT 512? do the OT 511 have FM radio? Avoid this phone like the plague, I have got through three of these phones. The scroll button breaks and the OS is very slow at times, features are great though.

garbage. software is way to slow, sometimes it even blocks for an entire minute. the "ok" button blocks too. i've sent it back to repair and it took them almost 2 months, still it pisses me off because nothing's changed.
