I havent tried resetting the phone yet. tried to google and resetting the phone would be by pressing the UP key on the side while holding down the Power key right?. thanks for answering my question

Kith, 13 May 2011Hi I wanted to know about how really long will the baterry ... moreI bought my phone 2 weeks ago. The shop told me to charge it for 8hrs. But it normally last for 24-36hrs.
Last week it end dead so I charged it 12hrs, I haven't used it and its been on standby only. It lasted 46hrs before going dead.
Does anyone know if this is normal.

on my OT710d it says that I have a message but when I press/open the messages box the phone reboots. I have tried to remove both sims and it still says that I have a message but the phone just restarts when I open the messages menu...thanks

Hi I wanted to know about how really long will the baterry of the Alcatel OT - 710D lasts? It has been posted to last for atleast 830H standby, 16H talk time and 30H music playing but there are lots of comments telling they have problems on the Batterry life. Just 30 Minutes nad there, lowbat. And it has been posted safe for the features having a disclaimed portion that information may not be fully guaranteed tru and correct. So what is it? Some kind of gray matter Marketing?

i have the same problem as prince has.. cant play games since most games require keypad.. so here i am still waiting for any help that i can get..any suggestion to resolve this for me? or any mobile sites that we can download games compatible with the model of my phone.. thanks so much..

prince, 10 May 2011Hi Every body,do you know how to play games on this model p... moreThis is due to some games mostly java based, are dependent on the phone's feature to be played with the correct display/keys. Like Fight Night Round 4, you can see the arrow keys in the display just above the ring if installed in OT-710D. When I installed this game to Samsung Champ, there are no keys in the display but you can control the game by tapping the display above the ring, like imaginary arrow keys.

the battery level came to from level 3 to level 1 in jus one day.
i jus sent few sms and cal not more than 30 mins..
i charged the phone 3hours, nd battery meter showed green
wat wil be the prob pl help.????
